Lemont M. Watson

 Lemont Watson has over 25 years in management, 17 of those years in Church Leadership and Administration. In various roles, he has led department heads in the areas of ministry, marketing, project supervision, and financial oversight. 

In his current position as Director of Administration and Finance of a Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church of Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Watson provides tools and information for channeling direction, communicating and casting vision, and reporting progress to the Senior Pastor, leaders, and 3,200 members.

As a strategist, he ensures that project planning and implementation are cohesive across all departments and communicated to both internal and external clients.

Mr. Watson’s unique balance of leadership development and nurturing collaborative learning causes him to be regularly sought after to lead training experiences and workshops.
